How do I start a project?
Complete our project enquiry form with a little information about your business and what you need. We'll review it and respond with the next steps.
I'm not sure what I need yet. Can I still enquire?
Yes. Tell us about your business and goals, even if you haven't worked out all the details.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. RAEN.Agency works remotely with clients internationally.
The website
What platforms do you work with?
Depending on the project, RAEN.Agency can work with Shopify, Wix or a custom website build. We'll discuss the appropriate approach during planning.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can review your current website and discuss a redesign based on your goals and requirements.
Do you build online stores?
Yes. E-commerce websites can be discussed as part of your project enquiry.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Responsive design is part of our website process, with layouts considered for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Is SEO included?
Basic website SEO setup can be included as agreed in your project scope. Ongoing SEO services and search ranking guarantees are not implied.
The process
What does the process look like?
Discover → Plan → Create → Develop → Launch. Your proposal will outline the specific stages and deliverables for your project.
How long will my website take?
Timelines depend on the size and requirements of the project. We'll confirm an estimated schedule in your proposal.
Can I give feedback?
Yes. Your proposal will explain the review stages and included revisions.
Domains & launch
What if I already have a domain?
You can keep it. RAEN.Agency can help connect your existing domain to the new website with the appropriate temporary access.
What if I don't have a domain?
We'll guide you through registering one in your own name and account, so ownership stays with you.
Will RAEN.Agency own my domain?
No. Your domain remains yours. Access granted for setup can be removed after handover.
Will RAEN.Agency launch the website?
Launch arrangements, including domain connection and testing, will be outlined in your project proposal.
After launch
What happens after launch?
We'll complete the agreed handover and provide the website information and access specified in your project agreement.
Is ongoing maintenance required?
No. Ongoing maintenance is optional and can be arranged separately if you need it.
Can I request updates later?
Yes. You're welcome to enquire about additional website work after your original project is complete.

Do I need branding before booking?
Ideally, yes. Your brand identity helps us create a website that feels uniquely yours. If you haven't established one yet, RAEN.Agency collaborates with independent graphic designers, so you can find a creative partner whose style fits your vision before beginning your website project.
What will I need to provide?
We'll identify the required content and materials during onboarding. These may include your logo, brand assets, business information, images and product or service details.
How much does a website cost?
Pricing depends on the agreed scope and requirements. Custom websites start at $2,000. Send a project enquiry so we can discuss your needs.
